Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must be a student at an Indian educational institution (college, university, or polytechnic) or a recent graduate within the past 24 months.
• You must have access to a computer and internet connection sufficient to complete the project requirements.
• There are no eligibility restrictions based on branch of study, year of study, or CGPA.

2. Programme structure

• BuildReal is an open-enrolment programme. There are no fixed cohort start dates.
• Your personal 28-day programme clock starts on the day your payment is verified by our admin team.
• You must submit your completed project within your 28-day window to be eligible for a certificate.
• Failure to submit within 28 days results in expiry of your access. No automatic extensions are granted.
• You may request a one-time 7-day extension by emailing contact@buildreal.in with a valid reason, at least 3 days before your deadline. Extensions are at our sole discretion.

3. Payment and fees

• The programme fee is ₹2999 (launch price, subject to change for new registrations).
• Payment is currently accepted via UPI only (Google Pay, PhonePe, or any UPI app).
• Your registration is confirmed only after we manually verify your UPI transaction ID. This typically takes a few hours on business days.
• We reserve the right to decline a registration if the payment cannot be verified.
• All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Greenovaite Technologies is not responsible for conversion fees charged by your bank.

4. Refund policy

• Before payment verification: If we are unable to verify your payment within 48 hours, we will contact you. If you have paid but we cannot verify, we will issue a full refund.
• After payment verification but before programme start: Full refund within 24 hours of verification, if requested by email to contact@buildreal.in.
• After programme start (access granted): No refund once your 28-day access has been activated, as digital content and resources have been made available to you.
• Technical failures: If a platform outage of more than 48 cumulative hours prevents you from accessing the programme, you are entitled to a proportional credit or refund.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.

5. Certificate conditions

• A certificate is issued only upon successful review and approval of your project submission by our review team.
• Project review criteria include: working live URL, GitHub repository with meaningful commit history, video demonstration, and a written reflection of at least 100 words.
• If your submission does not meet the criteria, you will receive feedback and one opportunity to resubmit.
• The certificate is issued in your full name as entered at registration. Ensure your name is accurate — we cannot reissue certificates for name corrections after issuance.
• Certificates are issued digitally via Sertifier and are independently verifiable.
• The certificate attests completion of the BuildReal programme. Greenovaite Technologies makes no representation regarding its recognition by any employer, institution, or regulatory body.

6. Intellectual property

• You retain full ownership of the project you build during the programme.
• By submitting your project for review, you grant Greenovaite Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your project (name, live URL, brief description) on our website and marketing materials as a showcase of student work, unless you opt out by emailing contact@buildreal.in.
• All BuildReal platform content, branding, session recordings, and learning resources are owned by Greenovaite Technologies. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit projects that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Submit projects containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent the review process or misrepresent your work as your own
• Share your login credentials with others
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these rules without refund.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The BuildReal platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or any specific career outcome from completing the programme.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the programme shall not exceed the amount you paid (₹2999 or the actual fee paid).
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit.

9. Termination

• You may withdraw from the programme at any time by emailing contact@buildreal.in. Refund eligibility is subject to the refund policy in Section 4.
• We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
